亞果青灣山城VILLA國際競圖初選結果公布
由亞果集團亞青海洋文創股份有限公司所舉辦的青灣山城VILLA國際競圖，其目的是希望藉度假建築與海洋共生共息的正向示範，為澎湖建構永續產業生態盡一分心力，並打造建築界的萬國博覽會。本次競圖廣邀國內外建築專業者及在校學生，共同打造友善環境的典範建築園區，並從設計概念、環境永續及可落實性等面向提出永續經營的方針，落實與環境共生共榮之目標。
本次青灣山城VILLA國際競圖競爭十分激烈，國際參賽者分別來自日本、美國、加拿大、中國（香港）、波蘭等國家，入圍作品以基地獨特的自然環境與氣候，帶來更多永續發展的可能性，同時藉由創新的設計巧思，開啟不同以往、豐富多元的旅宿體驗，體現出青灣山城獨有的人文美意。初選會議於10月28日、29日在澎湖舉辦，經過篠原聡子（Satoko Shinohara）校長、戴育澤建築師、許清俊建築師、張清華建築師、劉舜仁教授、黃謙智執行長六位評審討論分別選出學生組11名、專業組14名進入決選，名單如下：（依投件順序排列）：

Argo Island Villa International Design Competition : Preliminary Results Released!
The Argo Island Villa International Design Competition, organized by Yaqing Ocean Cultural-Creative Co., Ltd., aims to provide a positive demonstration of symbiosis between vacation architecture and the ocean, in order to create a sustainable industrial ecosystem for Penghu. This instance of the Design Competition invited domestic and international architecture professionals and students to jointly create an eco-friendly architecture-based park. The Competition’s development and operations also echo the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): the use of renewable energy, promotion of local green economy, mitigation of climate change impacts, and preservation of biodiversity.
The Argo Island Villa International Design Competition demonstrates very keen competitiveness, with international contestants coming from Japan, USA, Canada, China (Hong Kong), Poland, and more locations. Many selected works have brought forth possibilities for sustainable development based on the site's natural and climatic uniqueness. With innovative design ideas, unprecedented and diverse hotel experiences are activated in the works that embody the unique cultural pleasantness of Argo Island Villa. The preliminary selection meetings were held in Penghu on October 28th and 29th. Ten nominations from the Student Group and fourteen nominations from the Professional Group were made by the panel of expert judges. The panel included university president Satoko Shinohara, architect Daniel (Yu-tse) Tai, architect Hsu Ching-chun, architect Chang Ching-hwa, professor Shuenn-Ren Liou, and CEO Arthur Huang. From November 18th to 19th in Penghu, the Argo Island Villa International Design Competition will hold the Island Circularity & Architectural Innovation Workshop. Contestants selected in the preliminary round can choose to participate or not. The final selections will be made December 27th.
